Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or automation, reverse-engineer the client, harass other players, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Glitch Gems are a virtual currency with no real-world cash value. Gem purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law. We may adjust gem balances credited in error.
You retain ownership of your display name and gameplay stats. We own the game, its art, audio, code, and branding. You grant us a license to display your name and scores on leaderboards.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Online arena features depend on network availability and may change or be removed. The game is provided "as is" without warranty.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of virtual items, lost progress, or downtime. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
We may update these terms. Continued play after changes constitutes acceptance.
